Price Matching:

We strive to have the most competitive and lowest prices in the market, but If you happen to find a competitor of ours with a cheaper price, Steeped Monkey Brains will Price Match! The product must be identical in brand, model and colour to qualify. The product must be a regular, non-sale, every day priced item. We cannot price match temporary sale or closeout/discontinued prices.

The item must also be immediately available (not back ordered or out of stock) at a local Canadian retail competitor. We will not match any competitors that are only online (have no retail storefront), or have different prices listed online than they do in store.

Please contact us before you complete your order and provide us with all product information readily available, or call in advance so our staff may assist you better.


Bad Coil Replacement:

We know how frustrating it can be to purchase a brand new pack of replacement coils and one after the next they keep burning out or tasting awful way too fast. We hate this too. Steeped Monkey Brains to the rescue! We don't want you stuck with defective coils and lost money. We will replace your defective coils, empty pods or pre-filled pods. Tell us why your coils or pods are defective and you will receive a store credit* for every dud coil received (up to 10 a year). Please read the full policy below for prompt service.

Tell us why your coils/pods are defective, and send us a photograph of the coils/pods in question, and we will replace up to 2 coils/pods per month*, up to a total of 10 per year. Any failure to photograph coils/pods is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your entire pack of coils/pods are defective, we want to help you even more! Simply send all the coils/pods (maximum 10) back to us for verification**. Once we verify your coils are defective, we will send back replacements ASAP. Please retain any bad coils/pods to ensure prompt and total service. Any failure to retain coils/pods is the responsibility of the customer.

We will only replace defective coils/pods within 30-days of original purchase. We will not replace coils/pods on discontinued or no longer available products.

In-Store Retail Customers, please retain any defective coils/pods and bring them back to the location purchased to claim the defective coils policy. We will not credit any bad coils you do not return to us.

*Individual coil value will be determined by prorating the original cost of the full package of coils.
**The Customer assumes all cost in shipping coils back to Steeped Monkey Brains, and Steeped Monkey Brains will assume all cost in shipping replacement coils back to the customer.
***Steeped Monkey Brains reserves the right to review the Defective Coils policy on a case-by-case basis. Customers deemed to not be dealing in good faith may be suspended from using our coil replacement service.
