Most orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped same day. All other orders are shipped next business day from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays may be delayed by one (1) business day if our order volume is high, but we will forgo our banana breaks to make sure your order gets shipped ASAP.
All orders are packaged in a bubble mailer to protect your juice. All shipments are sent using Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is sent. FYI, Canada Post does not ship on weekends and holidays.
Due to COVID-19 many packages sent around the country/world have been delayed. This impact has created a Christmas-level backlog of package deliveries larger in some areas than others, with Ontario and Quebec being the most heavily hit provinces. Due to these circumstances effecting every business and customer shipping and receiving packages across Canada, we ask for your patience. If you have been waiting for a while on your package and would like a refund, unfortunately we can not refund your order at this time unless it is returned to us or Canada Post has marked it as lost or stolen. If you place an order Monday to Friday before 1:00pm, and live in Edmonton, you will see a same-day shipping option available. This means you will receive your order today by 6pm! In order to provide this super speedy service in eligible delivery zones, a service/shipping fee of $11.50 will be added to your order.

Due to postal rate changes outside of our control, all orders are now subjected to a WEIGHT minimum. As such, some of our products are now no longer eligible for free shipping as SINGLE ITEM ORDERS, as they do not meet our new minimum weight requirements. If your order happens to be under our minimum weight requirement and classified as a "Lightweight/Small order" you will be charged a minimal $5.99 shipping and handling fee. We understand this is a frustrating change and will continue to do our best to serve you.
Vapers looking to take advantage of our free shipping option, the minimum weight requirement can be met by simply including multiple items such as more than 1 pack of coil or combining items like a pack of coils with a bottle of eliquid or other accessories. It depends on where you are, but the vast majority of our Customers receive their orders within 24-48 hours after being placed. We genuinely try to be that fast. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. But it may take up to 7-12 days depending on where you live in Canada or the World.

In some rare cases your package may have been marked as "delivered" by Canada Post up to 24 hours before the actual delivery takes place. Only contact us about a missing package if it has not been delivered after 24 hours.

If your package is lost or delayed, and we are required to open a formal investigation with Canada Post (service ticket), you MAY NOT receive a refund or a replacement package prior to the investigation (minimum 10 days) being completed by Canada Post.
In the event that a service ticket is opened, you may be required to speak to Canada Post either via email or telephone. If you are contacted and do not reply to Canada Post during the investigation, you will receive NO refund or exchange. You are required to speak with Canada Post.
