If your order total is at least $94.00 (after discounts have been applied) then your shipping will be FREE! Expedited Parcel (may take up to 10 Business Days) to all Provinces and Territories of Canada.

If you don't want to wait an extra day or three for your order than we do have a faster option:

Customers will be required to show government issued photo ID as proof of age to Canada Post, and/or upload a photo of their ID & face to verify identity prior to shipment. You must be at least 18 Years old to purchase from us in AB, SK, MB, QC, & Northern Territories. Or You must be at least 19 Years old to purchase from us in ON, B.C, and Atlantic Canada. If an order is returned to us due to a customer being underage, they may not receive a full refund.

Due to an increase of package theft nationwide, if your order value is over $200, you will be required to pick it up at your nearest post office.

Steeped Monkey Brains Introduces Same-day Delivery Service!

If you place an order Monday to Friday before 12:30pm, and live in Edmonton, you will see a same-day shipping option available. This means you will receive your order today by 6pm! In order to provide this super speedy service in eligible delivery zones, a service/shipping fee of $11.50 will be added to your order.

*If you happen to place your same-day delivery order after the 12:30pm cut-off time, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday then your order will not be delivered until the next business day.

**Customers will be required to show proof of age before their order will be dispatched. We require an image of the front and back of your ID, and a selfie of you holding your ID next to your own face. If we can't verify your proof of age before 12:00pm your order may be delayed.

***On days of inclement weather or poor road conditions, orders may be delayed until the next business day. A refund may be offered in these rare occasions.

****Service/shipping fee is non-refundable.

Some local postal codes are outside of our delivery zone, due to their distance from our store, and are not presently eligible for same-day delivery service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to postal rate changes outside of our control, all orders under $94.00 are no longer eligible for free shipping. Therefore you will now see a small shipping charge. We understand this is a frustrating change and will continue to do our best to serve you.

It depends on where you are, but the vast majority of our Customers receive their orders within 24-48 hours after being placed. We genuinely try to be that fast. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. But it may take up to 7-12 days depending on where you live in Canada or the World.

We ship out of the Capital of Alberta, Edmonton using Canada Post, which helps speed up shipping times.

In some rare cases your package may have been marked as "delivered" by Canada Post up to 24 hours before the actual delivery takes place. Only contact us about a missing package if it has not been delivered after 24 hours.

Please contact us with the details and we will fix the issue.

If your package is lost or delayed, and we are required to open a formal investigation with Canada Post (service ticket), you MAY NOT receive a refund or a replacement package prior to the investigation (minimum 10 days) being completed by Canada Post.

In the event that a service ticket is opened, you may be required to speak to Canada Post either via email or telephone. If you are contacted and do not reply to Canada Post during the investigation, you will receive NO refund or exchange. You are required to speak with Canada Post.

Yes, but only if it has not shipped yet. Once your order has shipped it is final and no changes can be made.

If your requested change results in a price difference you may be required to pay the difference before the order will ship, or you may receive a refund or store credit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to assure the accuracy of their order prior to completing payment. Steeped Monkey Brains is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur due to your request.

By placing an order you acknowledge the full responsibility of ensuring that all addresses and products are correct at time of ordering, and that you acknowledge and understand our shipping procedure, including age verification and return policy.

We are unable to ship vape products to the USA as of March 1st, 2021.

Canada Post will automatically generate shipping rates based on shipping speed, package weight and destination. Shipping cost can range from $20 (CAD) and up.

** It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct and accurate at the time the order is originally placed. Steeped Monkey Brains is not liable for any cost associated with your package being returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, failure to receive your package from your local postal outlet, or a customer being underage in their province country. In the event that this occurs, it is the customer's responsibility to pay a shipping fee (minimum $10) to have their order re-shipped, and any refunds issued may have a shipping fee (minimum $10) removed from their refund total.

*** Orders Shipped Outside of Canada:
Steeped Monkey Brains does not collect taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These fees are usually applied by the Customs Agent of the destination country and are collected by the carrier or a brokerage company. Be aware that you are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees that may arise. There is no way for us to estimate the cost of these fees for you, so please contact a local customs broker for more information. Please check that your country does not place restrictions on the importation of Eliquids and Electronic Cigarette hardware before you place your order. We will not offer a refund on shipping charges if your package is returned to us for denied entry due to customs legal restrictions.
